Delivery Timeframe:

We take no responsibility if there are any additional charges in terms of customs or duties charged by local authorities / Governments (Out of Pakistan). The customs charges have to be borne by the customer.

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Processing of orders is done Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).

In rare instances, deliveries may be delayed due to factors like weather conditions or courier service issues.

Delivery Charges:

A standard flat rate of PKR 200 is charged for deliveries across Pakistan.

We offer free delivery for orders over PKR 3999.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via SMS or email.

You can track your package using the provided tracking link or by contacting our customer support team for assistance.

Delivery Locations:

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and more.

Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.

Order Processing:

Orders placed before 3 PM are processed the same day, while orders placed after will be processed on the next working day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

KanzCollection offers Cash on Delivery for customers across Pakistan. Pay for your order in cash when it arrives at your doorstep.

How It Works:

Choose COD at checkout.

ur order will be confirmed through a phone call.

Pay the courier when your package is delivered, typically within 3 to 5 working days.

Additional Notes:

COD is available across Pakistan, but delivery may take longer in remote areas.

Two delivery attempts will be made. If both fail, the order will be returned to us.

We ship your package with Duty and Taxes unpaid, meaning any additional fees that may apply will be collected upon delivery.

Any applicable customs, import, or collection fees are the customer’s responsibility. The value of your order will be declared on your package(s) in accordance with customs regulations.

These charges vary widely depending on factors like location, item material, and value. As customs policies vary across countries, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict them.

If your order incurs any additional fees, they must be paid by the customer for the package to clear customs.

For Saudi Arabia residents, it is necessary to have a valid commercial registration with Saudi Customs to ensure smooth delivery. Orders without a valid registration will be returned to the origin.

International Shipping:

Currently, KanzCollection does not offer international shipping, and all deliveries are restricted to locations within Pakistan.
